”Pay attention to the star rating for this location. There are many other hotel options in Bend. This hotel was definitely not worth the price paid. It was clearly an older multi-story property without an elevator (we were on the second floor). The pool has been closed for over 7 months by the health department with a governmental warning on the locked pool door. The sink did not drain. The carpeting was worn and dirty. The ceiling in the breakfast area had areas that were roughed-in...

”This is a very welcoming hotel - the woman who checked us in (in middle of the night) was very warm and helpful, which is rare at that hour! Dallas was also very kind as was the woman working the breakfast service. The hotel is in a good location, is clean and has a good breakfast (no additional charge). We will definitely stay here again.”

”The good: the breakfast was decent the kids enjoyed it and the room was clean. The bad: the elevator was scary and would drop a little and make a loud bang when getting to the top floor. Some reception staff were friendly especially the lady however the man was not overly friendly nor helpful. The pool looked Murky, dirty and my 10 and 12 year old would not even go in it. That says something. For $250 us a night I would look for something else.”
