”We enjoyed the trip there, the town and of course the hotel. From reception, which was quick and friendly to the bar and restaurant. Pity we didn’t have time for the pool which looked very inviting. ”

”We spent 1 night in a “chalet.” It was spacious with a large shared terrace overlooking the mountains. The restaurant food was fine and the service was good. It was ideal staying inside the park and this is a good choice. ”

”Fantastic lodging. Perfect for being right in Clarens town yet private feeling and very well done. ”

”An ok stay in a very small room, with a cold and a bit smelly toilet . No facilities to cook food, and the walls are very thin, so you can follow anything the neighbours do. The whole street is full of self catering options, so you can find better in the neighbourhood on main street Clarins. Parking is also not good as there is not room for all five cars when full, our neighbour had to be woken up to move his car, if we wanted to go out... a bit of a bother to be honest..”

”There was a bit of a drain smell coming from the bathroom. The LEd lights under the facias and the room does not have "Block out" curtains so the lights at night disturbed my sleep a bit. Other than that, the place is fine ”

”The property is well maintained, comfortable and clean. The rooms are serviced daily and the host is quick to respond to any of your needs. There is no swimming pool or outdoor space on the property, however the location is within close proximity to hiking, cycling trails and an abundance of activities. +/-2km easy walk to the clarens waterfall.The main town square is within walking distance. We throughly enjoyed our stay and will be back.”
