”Kiva persoonallinen vanha luostarirakennus kaupungin ytimessä, moottoripyörille ilmainen parkki.”

”A stunning hotel, great location. Our dog felt very welcome too. ”

”Kaipasin toista tyyny vaihtoehtoa”

”Food in restaurant was excellent. Room was not cleaned very well. Bathroom was not cleaned by the Holiday Inn standards. Bed was really hard. ”

”Staff was extra friendly, 10/10 for the young man working in the lobby. Breakfast was good and the staff there was also extremely nice. Only negative remarks we had was paint smell in the corridors (they happened to renovate during our stay) and some night time construction work on the rails right outside our window (bad luck and not fault of hotel - of course you should consider these things when booking a hotel close to train station with a tram ride going right next to the hotel). ”

”Excellent location, very close to the old city. Neat and clean rooms and good bathroom. There was no fridge in the room though, which is unusual, but no other issues. Limited parking spaces available but if you let them know in advance they will keep one for you.”

”A good place to stay for a short-term. Bed was comfortable, a little on the firm side. Shared washroom was always clean. Staff was friendly and helpful. Common areas with clean as well lots of room if you want to work or just relax. Conveniently located near Historical Area and less than a 15 minute walk to the train station or hop on the streetcar which was less than 5 minutes walk.”

”Suihkutilassa ei ollut suihkuverhoa vesi pääsi lattialle ja huoneen puolelle.”

”Eipä parempaa palvelua juuri voi olla. Jopa motoristin kamat kannettiin huoneeseen. Parkki vähän kaukana. Respan salaoven takana on 2 tähden , siis Michelinin paikka. Oli kohtuullista”

The parking garage was quite difficult to find (the hotel website had the wrong address apparently) and it was also quite tight for an average-sized car. The room had a nice view. However it had no minibar which was a bit disappointing. Breakfast had a rather limited selection of items (for example we could not find regular...

”Room was lovely and location excellent. Only minus was the cramped reakfast room and the coffee machine was poorly located.”

”Kiva hotelli”
