”The place itself felt very up to par for the price, there were no signs of damage nor did it feel like anything was cheaped out on.Great price for what you get here, this place felt like it was furnished with customer comfort in mind.”

”This was a very nice property to stay at in a quiet neighborhood. The apartment was very tidy and comfortable. The kitchen is well supplied for doing small scale cooking. There's no stove, but there is a hot plate as well as a fairly large toaster oven. The one thing I didn't love was that, being a basement apartment, there is only one window, and therefore very little natural light. There are good overhead lights though. Overall very happy though. Great place. ”

”Overall it's a good place, but there is only one window, and its in the bedroom. There is no soundproofing between floors so any noise at all upstairs it can be heard at all hours, which can be okay for a night or two, but after a two week stay I was ready to be home with some quiet. ”

À noter : il y a des gens qui vivent au sous-sol, ce qui n’était pas mentionné dans l’annonce originale. Nous avons reçu l’adresse et toutes les informations importantes seulement le matin même de notre arrivée, ce qui a été un peu stressant pour nous… Par la suite, la communication avec le propriétaire a été excellente !À ma demande, le propriétaire a même acheté un petit foyer pour...
