”Cute little cabin, sleeps 6. Quiet, in the woods just outside Ava city. Kitchen is just a dorm fridge, microwave, coffeemaker. We brought our own tabletop grill and cookstove. Fun property with room for kids to play, playground, picnic tables, firepit to roast marshmallow.”

”We loved our stay. This house and the owner Linda made us feel right at home. The house had everything that we needed and was so comfortable. Linda was fantastic to work with and made the whole stay smooth. We hope to stay again next time we are in Ava.”

”It doesn't get any better than this if you enjoy nature and fishing. The view from the cabin any time of day is phenomenal, but especially sunrise and sunset. The lake is great with mostly clear water and plenty of fish. We caught in the double digits every day we were there. The location is perfect whether you're planning to float one of the beautiful rivers nearby or even have business in Springfield. It's even close enough for a day trip to Branson. ”The property is clean, well-maintained, super cute. We absolutely loved the uniqueness of The Gainery! The wifi signal was spotty on the main floor but better upstairs or outside--which just made us sightsee and firepit more instead lol. We would've loved a full-length mirror as avid hikers enjoying the trees, but that's a minor detail. Overall we loved this listing and would definitely stay again.”

”The house is a little rustic, but everything was clean/in good working order and it has plenty of space. It is only 18 minutes from great off-roading at SMORR and there was plenty of space for parking. There are a handful of gas stations and good restaurants just a few minutes away, but the house itself is a little out of the way so it is nice place to relax. I enjoyed the front porch with a view of the valley across the way.”
