”We reserved 2 nights stay. First evening there was need to cancel the next day stay. Receptionists (2 of them) said that you must contact expedia/ hotels.com. BW side that is ok. I contacted and everything seemed to go well. Anyhow later next day there appeared an information that BW jotel denies and wants that we pay both nights... we were in the other city and in the other hotel. Very bad feelings.”

”The mini home was spotless and I liked that they have contactless check in. There was no need to stop at the office I had everything that I needed in the email that they sent me. They even text me to be sure I had all the information that I needed. ”

”Host was very quick to answer any questions i had and was very helpful! The place itself is so beautiful and it was an amazing stay! Lovely rooms and amenities! Comfy beds and heaters in every room! Which made it awesome in these colder months. Very spacious as well! The pictures made it seem a little small but there is so much room! Thank you so much! I would recommend! Will definitely return!”

”This was the second time staying at Hope Acres. I loved it the first time. The second time was not so smooth. There was a red fire alert and we were not notified. We were not able to use the bbq or the fire pit. I felt like the host should have let us know in advance. Also I tried to call the host because I was not notified of the specific camp grounds and I never received a call back. The garbage’s were full and the outhouse we were supposed to use was also gross and full. ”

”Home was fine. Had a pipe burst less than 40 hours before we arrived... Carpets were a bit wet and there was a musty, mildew smell. Host was very communicative and up-front about the issue... offered to fully refund, but we were too close to our trip to make different arrangements. I would still recommend this home. Should be totally fine once the host has an opportunity to clean it fully.”
