”This hotel is in such a bad state. I don’t know who gave them this number of stars, may be it was bribed. No one in right state of mind would believe the stars which I got tricked with. There were more mosquitos inside than outside. The towels, bed sheets, lighting, floors everything is falling apart. Balcony is super dirty. Buffet food is below expectations. The staff is general is pleasant expect the girl on duty in the breakfast hall seems really unhappy with her job. Overall I would never...

”Yes - the spa was wonderful. Massages in India range around $35 and they are WONDERFUL. Do it!
Loved the breakfast items - good start for the day. The hotel however is in a part of Delhi that is far from everything. We had to drive 45 -75+ mins to go anywhere. But I saw that with everything we did so the traffic had a lot to do with the transportation challenge. ”

Issue with policy of the hotel , they put the mini Bar in your room that might cost you all to gather USD 10 and when you checking out the receptionist ask you did you use mini Bar ? ”The complimentary breakfast was denied by hotel on both days although booking email clearly states that it's included. The bathroom shower and fittings were totally rusted and leakage water flowed into the room. The hotel staff and hotels.com did not care to help and resolve despite calls to front desk and customer service number.”
