”The toilet in our room was broken. The screw was broken so it couldn't be tightened back up. It moved and pinched my leg. I asked to have it replaced, but that never happened. The phones did not work so there was no way to reach the staff when needed. I felt that they might be able to move seaweed at the beach area daily in a spot so that the tenants could get to it. My favorite staff was the activities directors. Shawn and Alicia were great! Bartenders were fun! Food was limited for breakfast...

”This was a very private and quite hotel. It was like home away from home. Beach was amazing. It is easy to get to shopping areas and downtown Christiansted”

”Property is ran down and in need of a lot of repair. A lot of the staff are very unfriendly. Buffet was subpar, the bar food was good.”

”East End Overlook is amazing! The accommodations are expansive, and the cleanliness of every space made it so easy to relax right away. We enjoyed the stunning views of both shores during the day, and the thousands of stars that came out every night. We had the pleasure of meeting the on-site property manager in person shortly after arrival. They made sure we knew how to contact them for anything we needed, and they absolutely made us feel as though we had the entire hilltop to ourselves....
