”Well, this is England and many things differs from Nordic style so we were very satisfied and understand and accept differencies. Corridors and public areas are very stylish but also little bit old fashioned..full carpets etc. and f.ex. why to have hot and cold water valves separated?.. Nice hotel anyway, nice location!”

”The room i was initially booked into had not been cleaned when i arrived. I reported this and was met with excellent service and my room was upgraded at once to compensate. The hotel is well situated with best view of the sea ive experienced in all the hotels ive stayed at in Eastbourn. Standards were good for the price. Not really luxury but perfectly ok.”

”Excellent customer service from the lovely lady at reception! Breakfast was great- continental with the option to order a hot meal too (the scrambled eggs on toast was delicious). We had an early train booked for our checkout day however the hotel arranged a takeaway breakfast which we really appreciated. Room spacious and clean - we’d absolutely return!”
