”They lost my reservation and gave our room away. After spending an hour at the check in desk, I was offered to have my whole stay comped. I got home and saw two charges on my credit card for $300+ and $500+ after staying in a standard room. I’ve called twice and can’t get a manager to remedy the issue because the front desk clerk says she doesn’t know the manager’s number and not allowed to tell me her name. Do not stay here! Three other families had issues with their check in for the one hour...

”The property is in an ideal location with a beautiful view. I stayed here 12 years ago and knew the location was great. The view from the room was wonderful. Staff was accommodating and the grounds were well kept. The rooms could use some updating/remodeling. That’s my only constructive feedback. Otherwise the location is great and we enjoyed the amenities.”

”We had a clean room with a very comfortable bed. We were able to comfortably visit with family in the suite, which was great. The breakfast was excellent! The staff were all pleasant and helpful. I was surprised to have to pay $15 a night for parking. One elevator was out of order, which slowed the other one down because everyone had to use just one. We liked the location. It was easy to get to the highway.”

My only comments - there is not a restaurant or bar in the hotel that is advertised in the elevator, various spots in the hotel and online; it looked delicious but staff made it sound as though it didn’t exist and recommended another wonderful place that was super good! ”Very clean and comfortable stay for two nights. Front desk staff, restuarant and bar staff went out of there way to make us feel welcomed and valued as guests. Would definately stay here again on my next trip to Colorado Springs.”
