”The property is clean and the staff provided excellent service. The only complaint is the complimentary breakfast.”

The comforters were very thin, so when the air conditioner was blowing cold, we were freezing. ”The room was dirty, smelled terrible, and was completely unlivable\. There were stains on the bed and walls, the bathtub was filthy, and the floors were buckled from what appeared to be water damage\. It was a horrible experience. We did not stay at the property because of the conditions\. We immediately requested a refund, but have not received a response yet\. We had to find another place to stay at our own expense. I would not recommend this property to anyone.”

The clerk at the desk kept saying I can give you another room as if bugs don't travel. I asked the desk clerk to cancel my reservation and he refused.
