”My husband and I loved our stay. Did not know there was a fall festival going on till we hit town. Guess what, the festival was in the park right behind the hotel. Dean, the General Manager was so pleasant and knowledgeable about the area. Definitely will stay again if the opportunity presents.”

”This place is fantastic!A quiet little cabin, by a stream, with a nice yard, surrounded by woods and one friendly neighbor. The house was very clean, comfortable, and full of everything we needed. We came, hoping to see elk, and WOW did we! Within an hour of being there we heard several bugling and one came and circled the entire yard. The second day, we were so lucky to have 14 elk come in the yard and stay for 3 and a half hours! It was an amazing experience that I will never forget! ”

”Clean, quiet, relaxing. Perfect size for 2 people. You could live there permanently. Only thing is would add a mirror to bedroom. In case someone is in bathroom you could still get ready in bedroom. ”

”Upon arrival the air conditioning had been running to allow comfortable conditions. Everything that we had forgotten was available on site. The host was wonderful with suggestions for food and entertainment. Highly recommended. ”

”The driveway up into the property is very steep and somewhat rutted—it’s rural and to be expected. Just be aware. So dark at night that (without turning on a light) I got lost coming back to bed from the bathroom—LOVELY! If you want peace and quiet—this is the spot. ”

”Another great stay at the visitor’s Den. We mentioned last September that it was a bit warm when we stayed and our host installed air conditioners. Very thoughtful and greatly appreciated. Family friendly space and very clean. ”
