”Pretty sketchy, but cheap. They tried to give me smoking room, they said it wasn’t a smoking room but it had an ash tray and reeked. Finally got a nonsmoking room but they were very difficult about it. Looks like it’s about to be condemned but it had a bed and bathroom that worked ”

”Great stay at Skyfall Guestrooms. There are only three guestrooms below the restaurant. The view to the river is very nice and it was great to watch the sun set. Only one thing which surprised and that was some noise from restaurant. Actually I had already fallen asleep and woke up to some noise coming from the restaurant but it stopped at around 11 pm.”

”This room is located in a motel-style cluster called “Green River Inn.” The room itself was clean, but there was a roach problem. We saw at least 10 in the 3 days we were there. The hot plate worked only sometimes (wouldn’t work if someone was in the shower or the temperature was over 400 degrees). Felt very much like the renovations were cheap. Overall, it did the trick as a cheap place to stay, but visitors should be informed of these things before booking. ”

”Beautiful and peaceful property right on the river. Definitely the nicest rental I’ve stayed in. The host was extremely helpful and even went out of the way to help me when I made a mistake leaving an item.”

”Everything was great ! the house was clean and bright, well decorated and had everything we needed. Easy to get to and a good 'base of operations' for access to the trails in the area, moab and canyonlands. Penny was quick to answer any questions and responded in minutes. Felt welcome and at home - will be back the next time we head out to moab and have already recommended the place to friends. ”

”Great home for our family reunion. Four stayed here and others came over for breakfast and dinners.That table was perfect and the kitchen provided everything we needed and the label helped with finding things.Nice quiet cul-de-sac and the large living room was big enough for us all to spend time catching up and telling stories. Thank you for the lovely bed rooms and decor throughout.Doug and Nancy Dimock”
