”Chaleur extrême en début de saison, mais nos hôtes, Christian et Chantal ont des installations tellement extraordinaires (ac, piscine, etc) que nous nous sommes immédiatement sentis à l'aise et confortables. Les déjeuners sont généreux et sont précieux, puisque nos amis hôtes prennent le temps de nous conseiller. C'est réellememt un 11/10, pour quiconque veut explorer cette magnifique région. ”When we arrived at Gite Bibard, it felt like driving onto a film set for the perfect French countryside retreat. Lovely stone buildings, gravel driveway, an expanse of perfectly mowed grass and an abundance of large shady trees. The pool, which is gated off, was huge and had a very much needed wooden structure around 2 sides for shade. The gite is adorable inside. Very tastefully decorated. The kitchen has everything you need and the bathroom is plenty big enough for a family of 4 to share....

”This was a lovely villa in a beautiful area. The host was incredibly friendly and helpful. The kids loved the pool- (possibly older teenagers (which we didnt have) may have found it big enough between them?). However, it was perfect for the ages of our children - [four of them aged between 5 and 13]. The location was great for a wine tasting tour of a local vinyard (Carsin Vinyard - really informative and friendly), day trips to St Emillion and back to Bordeaux twice. Great supermarket nearby...

”Les alentours et le logement ont un charme fou. Nous avons apprécié le calme de l'endroit et le panorama à perte de vue. Le logement a été très bien restauré et aménagé. C'est très émouvant de pouvoir vivre quelques jours dans un tel endroit. On pouvait se croire seul au monde, mais il suffisait de faire quelques kilomètres pour pouvoir faire nos courses ou trouver des restaurants à Monségur ou La Réole. Toute la famille s'est régalée avec la piscine, et le jacuzzi. Pour notre arrivée un panier...
