”The private beach access was amazing. The overall make up of the villa was great. There is a boat rental/repair on the property that was noisy at times, but would only affect you if you planned on sleeping all day. The rooms would benefit from blackout blinds, on site cleaning supplies, and a better selection of kitchen appliances/cookware. The TV instructions didn't match the remote supplied, so if you wanted to watch a movie it would not allow you to open anything. I messaged the host several...

”Overall the place was fine. Everything worked as it should. We normally stay waterfront but opted for a small kitchen area and ended up here. It is on the opposite side of the road from the water. Exuma is beautiful but if you’re looking for a lot of activities, this is not the place. If your looking for beautiful beaches and white sand, this is the place to come.”

”The manager met me at the airport, as the place isn't easy to find the first time. It was about 8 min. away from GGT. The room is very comfortable and clean, with a mini-kitchen attached. Be prepared that you will be staying in the middle of Moss Town, a Bahamian village, which sits a bit inland. The area is 100% safe, and it was fine for me, just not typically 'touristy'.”
