”Location suite right on waterfront road”

”The hotelier at reception placed us in a really stunning 2 bedroom apartment. It was up on the top floor, completely exposed to the sparkling waters of the beach directly across the road. The front of the apartment had large bi-fold doors which opened completely out to the roomy sunny balcony. We could see the Waitangi grounds while sitting relaxing with a glass of bubbly. Kitchen was very modern and well appointed with all the things to make for a relaxing stay. Lounge, bedrooms and...

”Great location, room next pool, nice”

”It was a lovely older building that was well maintained and had the best outdoor dining water-view. The dining/bar had great ambiance and the food was unique and delicious. They also had a free pickleball court usage near their property. The staff were happy and helpful. The only problem was a bit dampness feel to the room rug.”

”IN all it was a great place to stay and we will continue to stay there in future. The grounds are in a bad way as all the trees have been cut down and there is no woodlands on the their outlook views. They have also removed all the undergrowth on their property leaving the driveway bare. Until this is redone the outlook on approach is not nice.”

”Hieman kulahtanut perusmotelli melko hyvällä sijainnilla. Hyvin avulias henkilökunta. Hyvä nettiyhteys.”

”Exellent for all kinds of travellers. Kids loved pool, play ground and flying fox. Kayaking was great. Near Paihia and Waitangi which were great to explore.”

”Hieman taajaman ulkopuolella oleva hotelli.

”The room was spot less and was absolutely amazing”

”Very cozy motel, spacious rooms. Gentleman in the reception very friendly. Good location. Only minus thing is that the WIFI didn’t work at all in bedroom, only in the livingroom side. Also, same problem that can be found in many hotels: no plugs next to bed where you could charge the phone during the night and use alarm clock. ”

”The staff was very responsive and kind for a late arrival. I really appreciated it.”

”My vehicle broke down, very stressful, asked for refund and none given, ghosted after communicating this nightmare.”
