”Disappointed in the breakfast”

”I always stay at Holiday inn Express when I travel. Clean rooms (though something bit me, likely a spider). Spacious, and recently redone. Love the large chaise type chair in the room versus a regular chair! Breakfast is always on point!”

”I have traveled to quite a few places in the world, but the hospitality at this hotel was some I have ever received. The staff were incredibly attentive to all our needs and especially good with our small children. I cannot recommend this place enough”

”The rooms use to be cleaner. The bathroom was disgusting. They use duvets as covers so you might want to get your own blanket. The entire time I was there everyday they stood outside my door and loud talked for hours. They start knocking on your door at 9 am on check out day and stand outside your door until you leave. They intentionally wake you up they’ll run the vacuum by your door and hit the door so you’ll get up. There was a bunch of frighting and yelling. Literally domestic violence that...

”I want to preface this by saying the hotel front desk staff we encountered were incredible and completely apologetic and they couldn’t do anything. Expedia is definitely the one to blame on this one! We booked our room for our family through Expedia with the understanding the pool is open and operational. Pictures online show a nice clean pool.
