”We were there end of august 2024 and we had a wonderful week at Bote Farms. The villa is super cozy and comfortable. It was great to be so close to nature . The farm is 10 min away from Sarandë in a calm setting but close enough to get to the beaches, restaurants and everything else. Kyle, Shawn and all the staff were the kindest. If you are looking to rest and enjoy a calm and relaxing environment, Bote Farms is the place to go.”

”Hyvä allasalue ja viihtyisä huone. Ok sijainti kävelymatkan päässä rantakadulta ja ravintoloista. Yläkerran ravintola oli kallis ja ihan surkee sinne ei kannata mennä. Aamupalassa myös parantamisen varaa.”

”At first we get lost, address for hotel was incorrect and need to look satelite maps to compare hotel pictures to buildings nearby. In hotel the safetybox didn’t work either a/c didn’t work. Trashes have to bring to toilet while there wasn’t other trashbin. Room’s minibar was empty but there was the menu for it. Parking was on construction site. Breakfast was just few bread and some meat and cheese for it, no coffee and very simple. ”

”The room had an excellent view to the ocean. The property has been recently renovated in parts and was impressively clean (not only room but also the surroundings). The pool was full at of May, and we really enjoyed it! I definitely recomend it. Value for money! ”

”Très bel appartement, propre et bien entretenu. Terrasse magnifique avec un superbe coucher de soleil, idéale pour se détendre le soir. Parking très accessible. Seul petit bémol : une seule climatisation pour tout le logement, ce qui peut être juste en pleine chaleur. Globalement, un très bon séjour. ”

”Perfect location for couples - if you are looking for a contemporary & modern hotel with a beautiful view and superb staff, then look no further than Vila Kalcuni. Our stay at the hotel was from 20/04/18 to 26/04/19 - We booked a Deluxe Suite Sea View room and the room itself was excellent, with large supercomfy bed, room area is very spaceful and very clean. Also the hotel area is very quiet. The room & balcony view was perfect at the 3th floor – beautiful seaview, huge size...
