”Our room was flooded upon arrival. Maintenance came and cleaned it up and fixed the dish washer that was leaking. Later that night, we were taking a shower when our downstairs neighbor came banging on our door asking if we were using the shower. We said yes and he informed us that his room was flooding and water was coming from the ceiling. We immediately stopped showering and couldn't wash the rest of our stay. We tried to go get help at the front desk to potentially move rooms but nobody was...

”Room was great! Just what we needed for vacation. Had a small kitchen so we didn’t have to eat out every night, beds are nice. Pull out couch wasn’t too bad either! Great staff!! Pool was clean and easy access to the beach! Loved my stay here”

” We had an issue with 2 staff members entering our room before checkout time. We had posted a “do not disturb” sign and they didn’t respect it. Luckily we were in the room to stop their entry. We never received any explanation, what they were doing there. It would be interesting to know how much customer property gets stolen!!! There was no management present, so we had to send email to the assistant general manager. We never received any reply, so clearly this behavior is accepted by the...

”Bed bugs 🙅‍♂️ Luckily, we found them as soon as we entered the room and didn’t stay long. When I went to complain, I had to wait 20 min for the front desk admin to finish cleaning our units. Seems like a one-person show. When she returned, she said she wasn’t sure if she could process a refund and would have to contact the owner, so we left. Luckily, the refund was processed by next day.”

”Good stay, clean room, cold AC, and a good Hot shower. Good price and had everything we needed, they had breakfast but we didn’t get any just cause we were on our way out. Definitely recommend.”

”Stayed for 12nights and just about everyday we had to inform the front desk that house keeping never came . We left our room every morning and came back around 5 pm to unmade beds , no trash emptied and no clean towels with the dirty towels left behind . The front desk then gave us clean towels to use . The daily breakfast was the same for the 12 days we were there with no exceptions . Would not recommend this place to anyone and certainly will not patronize this place again . ”
