”Great trip”

”Great location , close walking distance to many activities and restaurants. Beautiful rooftop bar/grille with view of the beach!”

”Our experience was extremely disappointing. The balcony door in our room would not open, and when we reported the issue, we were told that maintenance was not on the property. Unfortunately, the staff did not seem concerned or make any real effort to assist us or find another solution. To make matters worse, our card was charged three separate times, which added even more frustration to an already unpleasant experience. We expected much better customer service and assistance, especially when...

”Everything was great . Our second time there and it was great again. All we ask when we come back that heat to the hot tub is going again ! We need it !”

”Will be back soon.”

” We had an issue with 2 staff members entering our room before checkout time. We had posted a “do not disturb” sign and they didn’t respect it. Luckily we were in the room to stop their entry. We never received any explanation, what they were doing there. It would be interesting to know how much customer property gets stolen!!! ”When we checked in Miss Shelly at the desk was very friendly and helpful. She was great with my young son. We had a small issue with our room and they immediately moved us to a new room and were apologetic. Breakfast was decent enough and we went both mornings we were there. Close by to family fun activities, restaurants, and the beach. We feel we got what we paid for with this hotel.”

”Can't say enough positive..... Rooms were very clean, absolutely zero maintenance issues. Property was very well maintained and clean. It is an older property but very well maintained. Pool.was very nice and also well maintained. I liked it so much I scheduled another visit for thanksgiving.”

”Really liked it, nice clean room and beach view on an angle from the side, elevator worked and pool was nice. Front desk gal was super good too.”

”The view was very beautiful and the property was nice the staff was very nice too !!”
