”The hotel and room were clean and everyone we encountered was friendly and helpful. The beds were comfortable but the pillows were small. We were also right along the road and could hear the traffic.”

”Tiki Beach Resort. Road 2 Hours to Hotel to have owners claim that Hotels.com has scammer that is booking their resort without their knowledge. Said that cabin I paid for on Hotels.com was not available. The owners felt bad for me and were going to get me lodging. First, stating they were putting me in a nicer property closer to my destination. But ultimately provided a room in motel further from my destination and way less expensive than what I paid for. I thanked them for the offer. ...

”Hotel is being renovated. Had a nice and clean room, but they didn't have breakfast or even just coffee. Guess that's ok, but would have been useful to know ahead of time. Doesn't look like they will be done anytime soon.”
