”We stayed for one night on a Saturday in mid August during a road trip from SC to NY. Friendly staff at check in. Room was cool, quiet, and comfortable. We parked for free a few blocks away at the FXBG George Street Lot. Very walkable area. After we were settled we set out on foot to explore the town and hit a few bars and a restaurant for dinner. A great stay and hope to return if in the Fredericksburg area again.”

”Beautiful B&B in downtown Fredericksburg. Lovely decor & friendly staff. Comfortable accommodations. Was a bit noisy from the street but they did mention before hand. Still worth the experience. Yummy breakfast & great coffee. Even provided us with a little sparkling wine to toast our anniversary. ”

”There was no free breakfast offered as promised on the Expedia site due to renovation work going on at the property. Our room was fairly clean minus a string of dental floss on the bathroom floor. The carpet in our room was very old. I can see why they are renovating.”

”This house has so much character. I loved all the old floors, fireplaces, moldings, doorknobs and just all the history in every room. It is a wonderful, quiet neighborhood and an easy walk to town. It is a very casual place to stay. It feels like visiting a friend. Nothing fancy but I felt right at home. The kitchen had everything I needed, the bed was very comfortable, the backyard is very private. I would stay here again.”
