”The hotel and area is very nice. Beautiful. I wasn’t satisfied with the massage at the spa considering I asked for deep tissue and paid over $700 for a couples massage. I left still feeling like I needed a massage. Other than that, the food was delicious at the onsite restaurant. The views were amazing. The hairstylist at the salon was wonderful.”

”The property is beautiful and the resort is wonderful. And the view! Plenty of things to do but if you want to use the pool or hot tub you have to walk through the large lobby in your suit to get to it, so we unfortunately chose not to for that reason (busy resort with a lot of people and children in the large lobby area/restaurant). The in-room amenities need an upgrade. If you want to watch tv at any point, good luck. Impossible to navigate, no movie options to choose from, overall this was...

”Our room was so pretty, the mattress quite comfy, and it is so fun to wander around the castle! A lot of history to read about and see! Parking is plenteous and easy. Breakfast was delicious, the biscuits and gravy are amazing! Everyone on staff is so helpful and friendly, would definitely stay again!”

”The room was spacious, clean and roomy. Beds were great! Staff was very friendly and helpful. The main seating for the restaurant was closed for renovations so they had a makeshift, awkward setup to order dinner and drinks from. There were lots of options for breakfast however the food at the buffet was lukewarm at best. We would stay here again but preferably after renovations are completed.”
