”The cabin was spotless and the staff was incredibly friendly. As locals, we were looking for a quick holiday escape with our adult children and older teens, and it was truly a lovely experience. However, I wanted to mention that we found it impossible to rent snowmobiles because we hadn't booked them in advance. While we’ve found it fairly easy to rent recreational vehicles during other parts of the winter season, they were completely unavailable over the holidays. I would recommend that future...

”Overall this is a decent place to stay. The linens were a bit rough, but clean. The staff was great to work with, the rooms were clean, and the overall atmosphere was decent. This isn't a 5 start, but you'll be treated as well as you would in a 5 star.”

”I booked this room through expedia. I called the hotels local number to speak to a front desk representative to ask if they had a pool and a hot tub. The person I spoke to told me that they have both also that the pool was heated. I booked and found out that there was no hot tub , and the pool was not heated. So it was not a good time for my children , and I was hoping to relax in the hot tub. The staff was very friendly and helpful.So no complaints there. The room was standard for the price...

”Unexpected deposit required, TV didn't work, staff seemed more interested in being on phone, entire place smelled like curry, trash behind dressers, desks, beds, overall cleanliness was severely compromised, stayed less then 2 hrs and left/checked out, refund would be appropriate. Definitely not recommended. ”
