”I liked the view from part of the back of the property...the view out our window was of another building that appears to have been under construction/repair for some time. Our room was not available until after 8 PM. The staff was kind and helpful but perhaps understaffed.”

”Casino not open till 10 have it rope off can't even get coffee spa closed. Fire alarms beep all night long could not sleep. Even though it looks new it has a lot of issues. The restaurant was excellent.”

”The property was dusty, dirty, and the room had a hole in the curtain, standing dust on the baseboards, and a strong smell of animal urine. The staff was very friendly, though! It felt like the room had potential, but wasn't properly maintained.”

”I would like to add first that our stay was lovely and very comfortable however the hot tub is a different story. We went out to use the hot tub while on our stay only to be met with dissatisfaction unfortunately. We were unable to get the hot tub to warm up above 77 degrees. We tried for a bout a hour and to see if time would help but unfortunately no hot tub for us on this stay. The sauna was occupied each time we tried to use it or we would have warmed up that way. ”clean room, kind staff, good breakfast restaurant, a nice courtyard in the middle of the hotel, accommodations for large groups, a small pool inside. big tv, microwave, refrigerator, keurig coffee maker in room. outlets all over the place. dove shampoo/conditioner/hand wash/body lotion/body wash in bathroom. amazing water pressure. easy to find location. close to restaurants, gas stations, grocery stores. easy access to nearby major roadways. had a great time! would definitely recommend!”

”Absolutely disgusting, stains on the bed, animal and human hair on the bed, including under the cover, appeared to be nail clippings on the floor, residue and foreign substances stuck to surfaces. Owner was a jerk when called to complain and ask for a refund, while I was complaining he said "I'm going to hang up and go back to bed," Complete rathole and complete jerk.”

”Felt like I stepped back into the 70's! Clean, but few modern amenities. Paneling on the walls and wild designed carpet. VERY poor wifi. Towel bar fell off the wall. Constant hard water dripping left stains in the sink and tub. Towels and wash clothes need a bit more bleach (a bit gray and yellow). Parking lot has no paint stripes so got blocked into my spot the second morning. Glad to be a single male - would not have stayed with my wife or children.”
