”The parking lot is unlit and full of U-Haul rental trucks and large Asplundh tree trucks making it difficult at best to navigate their lot with a larger vehicle. Also had a broken toilet, really bad water pressure and towels that were stained and looked to be older than me(48yrs). The walls are paper thin as well so partying neighbors were up until at least 3am. In addition they are supposedly “non smoking” rooms, but room 113 smelled like someone had hot boxed an entire pack of unfiltered...

”Listing wasn’t descriptive, but apartment was actually better than listed, not worse. Beds are king sized and foam. Linens are included. Toiletries are not. Wine fridge, but no dishwasher. There is a Keurig coffee maker but only 1 k cup. Internet wasn’t strong and only “Samsung TV” unless you login to your own subscription services. Blinds in the bedrooms had a big gap on the sides. ”This Culver house was super clean, had a huge kitchen/living area, was very comfortable and close to everything so that we could walk! The beach was just a few blocks down the street! We were also able to walk to the Culver Military Academy to watch the parade. Plenty of room for all of us…5 adults and 5 children! Thomas was very helpful in giving us ideas of things to do and answered all my questions in a timely manner. We made many amazing memories and look forward to renting this house again!...
