Hae hotelleja – Galveston County

”First of all I booked a room with a 2 queen beds/ partial beach view, but sadly when we arrived to the room they gave as a standard room, my husband went back to the front desk to asked if we could get the room that we originally booked but they said that they don’t have any available. Like what? And one more thing the room looks like they just fixed the bedsheets and never change it. One of the bed bedsheets has a lot of stains. We ask again to change the sheets but the funny part is that they...

No housekeeping unless you ask for it, no coffee maker in the tiny room, hard metal chairs on the balcony, long waits at the elevator, ice machine not working on our floor, bar tender couldn’t even make a mojito. This motel is literally a two in one building. Home2suites and Tru. All using the same lobby, pool, and parking lot -$20 a night 2 nights cost me $800 after parking and taxes!!!”

”I did not stay in the hotel/accommodations that are pictured here. I did not have access to the pool pictured here. The pool that I did have access to was not in walking distance with 2 six year old children especially considering it was almost 100 degrees and mosquitoes swarming. There was no continental breakfast as details specified were included. No ice machines. The only positives were the rooms were clean, the bed was comfortable and AC worked. Room was noisy from others on top floor....

”All was to my satisfaction, I have no complaints, The breakfast was awesome. You have to request for a clean sheet change for your beds. But that was alright for me. The stay was very relaxing. Thank you. The room was cleaned every day, the staff was polite and informative, the balcony was excellent the view was right on point, you can see the beach ⛱️ 👍 and see people at the beach it was wonderful. And all you have to do is walk across the street and you are on the beach.”
