”When booking hotel was told to be in Vienna but it was actually about 5km outside Vienna area and about 20km from City Center. Vienna Card could not be used and it would have been good that this has been told. It took about 1h to get by bus and subway from hotel to Vienna. This was ok and did not cost too much, 9eur total daily to Vienna and back. Service in hotel was good and breakfast too. No restaurant in hotel but there was Greek restaurant beside. And the little village center 1km away,...

”Was wonderful. Was had to wait awhile to check in, but there was self-service wine and we sat outside in the garden on the beautiful sunny afternoon. The rooms were large and lovely, very comfy beds, large bathroom, the heaters were plenty warm. We did a tour of the winery production and had a heuriger dinner that evening. Situated in a beautiful paet of the Weinvertel, and there are ample opportunities to hike and ride bike. Lots of other wineries nearby as well.”

”The house was clean, cozy and nice. The amenities are great. Just one thing that would be great to be included - washing machine which was missing, but overall - everything is great.”

”The entire staff at Hotel Michael was wonderful — always kind, welcoming, and smiling. We requested a late checkout at 2:00 pm instead of 11:00 am, and they graciously accommodated us, which we truly appreciated. Our room was clean, comfortable, and warm, and the breakfast buffet was excellent with a great variety of options. Overall, this hotel exceeded our expectations and is 100% recommended. We would gladly stay here again!”

”Der Ausblick aus dem 12. Stock war toll und das Zimmer sehr ruhig. Mit der Sauberkeit hat man es allerdings gar nicht: Der Boden war voller Staub (es wurde definitiv nicht nass gewischt) und der Matratzen-Topper wies Blutflecken auf - satt diesen reinigen zu lassen wurde er einfach umgedreht. ”

”I booked a 3-night single room starting on the same day through Hotels.com. They told me they'd get back to me one day prior to my lodging start, but they got back to me within an hour with instructions. Which were majorly wrong. First, there was no house door security, so anyone off the street could walk in - I never saw the house door closed. The back door was also open, so there was free passage from the road to the back yard. A cat had just birthed 3 kittens, and they used the house living...

”Foi decepcionante pois na reserva oferece uso da piscina o que não se confirma no hotel que coloca a piscina também cobrando à parte como os outros itens do spa, fica bem longe das atrações, porém quarto confortável e bom café da manhã, merecia um atendimento mais cordial.”
