My only small complaint…no one cleaned my room. I placed the sign out when I left the hotel, however when I returned, my room was the same. Not sure why this happened….??
The staff was very helpful and provided me extra towels. Thank you staff!🤗”

”They advertise that they have a pool, there is no water in it in the middle of the summer, they advertise free wifi/ high speed Internet, they have no wifi at all. We go to check in and we're told there was a deposit. At no time anywhere were we told that there would be a deposit.si cough up more money or lose everything already invested. We were told that if we had visitors we would lose our deposit. Before we went to bed I had to go out to the car to get something when I turned to walk away...

”I found earrings in my room that I threw in the trash. The swimming pool area wasn't in good or great shape. The pool area needs some modern upgrades. More seating and better lighting. Breakfast was fair and the was little small for the furniture that was in the room. It was okay. I've stayed in several other SPRINGHILL SUITES MARRIOTT and it was ALOT NICER than this particular facility. The rooms were also much bigger.”
