”Our weekend getaway at The Lodges Sunset Village was excellent. Loved the quaint atmosphere and cozy cabin. It was a great size for 3. Close shops and eateries near by. ”Overall, the stay was great. We had some weather related incidents happen, none of which was the host's fault. The pipes were frozen when we arrived. The host immediately called me when I messaged him. He contacted a plumber who was supposed to come and remedy the issue. ”Cleaners did not show until after check in. Check in was at 4pm and check out at 10am. Felt a bit rushed. Maybe check in at 3pm and check out at 11am? Cleaning crews probably the issue with check in and out times. WiFi was in and out. No extra blankets although baseboard heat and fireplace worked well. No extra trash bag. Paper towels and toilet paper were of the lowest quality possible. Otherwise, great little cabin with lake access and convenient location. Enjoyed our stay, overall.”

”Our stay at this Deep Creek property was highly disappointing due to neglect and hygiene issues.Cleanliness & Health:The home was incredibly dusty; ceiling fans and vents were caked in grime.
