”First advice for fellow travelers: if you’re a swimmer, pack a suit. The pool at this property is exceptional for lap swimming. This was my second stay at this property this year. I appreciate a non-chain place that has found a place in its community, and this one definitely has. I have now skipped the bar/food scene here twice, but both times it looked lively and appealing. On both occasions, I was traveling a distance, so I was less inclined to partake, but it is clearly part of the...

”Hotel and staff were excellent”

”Nice”

”Quiet and peaceful. A beautifully restored 19th Century farmhouse, comfortable rooms, friendly hosts, and a great breakfast offered as an add-on.”

”This cabin was exactly what we were looking for. It was incredibly quiet, very clean, and the perfect place to relax and unwind. The host was excellent—friendly, responsive, and very easy to communicate with throughout our stay. What we loved most was the balance between feeling off-grid while still having the amenities needed for a comfortable stay. The water and solar power provided everything we needed without taking away from the peaceful, secluded atmosphere. This is the perfect getaway for a...

”The location was beautiful, The apartment was clean, They thought of everything we cooked and I forgot tin foil they had it. I didn’t have to have to run to store in middle of cooking. There was a walking trail that took you to a covered Bridge it was a beautiful walk basically in back yard I would recommend this to anyone. Waking up in morning drinking coffee on porch outside watching the Amish drive by was honestly a bonus. You would be foolish not staying here ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️”

”Good trip, nice place. Listing price ended up being much higher due to vrbo sur charges”

”The hostess was kind and helpful. Our kids enjoyed fishing and spending time around the fire pit. The entire property is very pretty and the cabin was nice and clean. It was a pleasant weekend getaway.”

”Homey with a short drive to beach acess and a nice winery. Owner helpful”

”We loved it here. The owners was highly responsive and the staff was friendly and supportive. Exactly as have mentioned if not better. The perfect getaway me and mom needed. They even allowed us early check into the cabin. Our wood was somewhat wet because of the weather and in no time owner had someone brought us some dry wood. Everything was super clean and neat. Close to all the best wineries and a lot of trails and parks. I loved feeding the highland cows too. They even have these cubes for...

”Nice area, very accommodating, Thanks ! ”

”Very clean, comfortable place with a kind, responsive host.”

”Totally charming, great kitchen. Excellent access to all that Chardon has to offer. We were there only a short time but the beach was stupendous. Felt welcoming and historic . . . Would recommend.”

”The cabin was so cute. The bed was comfy and big! Access to the lake was a short walk. We enjoyed watching the sunset. The only thing was there wasn’t enough coffee for 3 days. I brought coffee but you had a Kuric coffee maker and was only 5 pods besides that we had a relaxing time. Thanks for everything”

”Nice place close to our family’s home”
