”We arrived, the owner refused to open saying Hotels.com never sent her the confirmation. when finally we proved we had paid, we were allowed in after over an hour of sitting outside and the gate was not working. The area was difficult to find and was not in a safe area. The rooms were not as in the pictures, the water was cold. the staff were very unfriendly and inhospitable. The venue was also undergoing renovations and was incredibly dusty and unsafe.”

”We booked at the very last minute and the proprietor was very obliging. There was a very efficient heater in the room because the weather suddenly turned cold after the rain. The hotel was slightly out of town so it felt a bit isolated”
