”Madame, Monsieur, Je me permets de vous adresser la présente réclamation concernant mon séjour au sein de votre établissement The Bay Club at Anahita, du 22 mars au 6 avril. ”The hotel property is nice and the beach and pool are great. Buffet and all inclusive drinks are ok but could be better. Staff in generally very good, some exceptionally good. I had some illness during my stay and they really cared. Also they notice my 50 years birthday very nicely eventhough I didn't mention that at all. Thanks!”

”So I’ll start with the positives. Staff was friendly, room was clean and pool was nice and breakfast was nice to start the day. My room did have a rather warm pleasant smell for most of the stay and I was below the rooftop and the music played ALL night so base could be heard through then ceiling. Overall the stay was fine. Rooms were nicer in photos and there is not much around the hotel but the little beach is pretty and a nice little restaurant next door. ”

”Huoneemme siivottiin vain yhden kerran 8 yön majoituksen aikana. Ensimmäisestä tarjotusta siivouksesta kieltäydyimme itse, koska emme olleet juurikaan hotellilla, eikä huone sotkunut. Sen jälkeen otimme siivouksen, joka oli hyvä. Tämän jälkeen ei tullut siivousta vaikka olisi pitänyt (siivous oli luvattu joka toinen päivä). Tyhjentelimme itse roskiksia ja kävin hakemassa wc-paperia yleisestä vessasta. Toisaalta uskon, että jos olisimme vaatineet, olisimme saaneet siivouksia. Kun wc-paperi...

”Miellyttävä pieni hotelli, loistava ranta. Osa henkilökunnasta hoitaa hommansa loistavasti, toiset sitten taas vähemmän loistavasti. Lyhyt matja lentokentälle. Ruoka pääoson hyvää, vaihtoehtoja olisi voinut olla enemmän.”

”I needed a place close to the airport to rest one night. Nativ Lodge provides breakfast and a very filling Mauritian dinner and free wifi in the lobby. The staff is wonderfully friendly and helpful. The lodge is located at the end of a street, quiet and the view to the river is gorgeaus. It's a few bus stops from Mahebourg and just a few minutes walk from the museum. It's a good base of operations for a more mobile trip or a good place to stay close to the airport at a lower cost than the...

”Very nice and clean accommodation with a beautiful pool near the airport. The owners and their son are very helpful, drove me from and to the airport. Not much nearby but I only stayed one night while I was waiting for a flight so it was completely fine. ”
