”I would recommend this location, Enjoyed my stay , it right next to i20”

”Nice beds”

”It's like home away from home!”

”Tv did not work. Called front desk and instead of having someone fix it she said “just lift up the tv from the wall and unplug the tv plug back in and turn back on”. We were not going to be responsible for lifting up the tv and the chance of it falling to the ground so nothing g was done”

”We checked into our room and it smelled like mildew. The desk clerk moved us to another room. This room did not have a good AC. The room was warm. It was fine for a few hours of sleep.”

”Clean room , common area”

”The room was decent. Did have a leak at the base of the toilet which gave the room a rusty smell..breakfast ending at 9 felt early. Eggs were nasty, rubbery. Waffles were delicious though.”

”Nice place for the money”

”This location has seen better days. Our room was not in good condition (only one light in the bedroom portion of the room worked and when we woke up the next morning it wasn't functioning so we had to get by with the light from the sink area.) ”This is a good inexpensive place to stay when you want to save on hotel expenses. It was clean and you received what you paid for. The staff was excellent.”

”I love staying here! Perfect small boutique hotel! Madison is a great town and this place is perfect!!”

”I have no words. I am someone who does not mind a hotel that isn’t fancy but this was lower than the worst!!! From the outside it looks charming but when you walk in!! First you are hit with a stench! They automatically take your payment so you cannot leave to go somewhere else. Then you go in… when I say it should be condemned!!!! The back door is broken so it is not a secure place at all. There are broken refrigerators as well as a treadmill laying in the hall beneath the stairway. Definitely...

”It’s not worth the money”

”This piece of heaven was just what we needed---to be in the country surrounded by nature and staying in the most adorable place ever! The Hobbit House was so quiet and cozy and allowed my husband and I to completely get away from it all! The home is so unique and well conceived. We loved the comfortable king bed, the great kitchen plus the jacuzzi in the bathroom and all the hidden surprises everywhere! We were given a golf cart to use during our stay to fully explore the acreage. It was such...

”Wonderful property— clean and comfortable, in a fantastic location!”
