”Check in was easy, room was clean, beds were firm but comfortable. We were glad to have our pup stay with us in a pet friendly room, but noticed no signs of previous pets (hair, odors, etc) having been there. There was also a large grassy side yard for us to let our pup out to sniff around. Breakfast was biscuits/gravy, cereal, sweet baked goods, waffles, hard boiled eggs, yogurt. Simple with some variety. Overall it was a nice stay. ”

”Horrible flooring, carpet worn out, AC window unit not secured could see outside around the edges, towels were dirty, NO Office to check in with, personnel lives in room 3, no outlet to plug into, I decided it was so substandard I did NOT STAY & I want my money back. The photos online are NOT of this facility. False advertising & I am reporting this to the State of OK AG”

”Had a wonderful stay. The house is rustic and homey and on a beautiful piece of property. Perfect getaway for some peace and quiet. Hope to visit again soon. ”

”Better management of the property is needed. Check out instructions said to put dishes in the dishwasher and turn it on. No dishwashing detergent. No laundry detergent. There were only two towels that were folded, and one looked like it had been used. We had to buy towels to use. There was a faint smell of skunk. Previously reported No bedding for sofa bed. Luckily we bought our own. House was clean and convenient for walking to square and alumni events ”

”Very nice place to stay at a good price. Very clean, when I checked in it was quick but I could not understand the lady behind the desk and she wasn't sure what I was saying, but we worked it out! Very friendly and our room was clean, but it turned out to be a handicapped room, which is wonderful, but the shower set up was really bad, and water got all over the bathroom floor. We will definitely stay there again when we go see our grandson who is Altus AFB”

”I always try to stay at the Hampton. This one needs some upgrading. Just some maintenance probably needed most of all. Staff are very friendly and helpful. It was very clean. Ac could also use maintenance.”

”The hotel was not open and left us without a room for the night. Then kept prompting us to review the hotel. Was supposed to get a night credit for the stay through another hotel, but it didn't happen ”

”Not what we were expecting. The house had a very musty smell and the bathroom had an even worse mildew smell. We had to keep the bathroom door shut at all times because of the smell. The shade for the window in the shower was covered in mildew spots. The overhead lighting did not work in the living room. There was only one floor lamp that provided light in the living room. The only outlet in the bathroom did not work. The whole house just felt very unsanitary. We paid for two nights and left...
