The photos online are NOT of this facility. False advertising & I am reporting this to the State of OK AG”

”No hot water in sink. Shower would start with hot water, then cool down on it's own. If they try to put you in room 217, don't let them. Bathroom till had no grout and several tills moved when stepped on. ”

”Came in after midnight. Even though room was booked & we informed them we would be coming in late our room, the last room, was not made up as they let somebody switch rooms after they had already got into one of the beds. Then we had to wait 30 minutes, at 2am, to get into our room. Staff was friendly & apologetic but this was not a good ending to dropping off a military family friend. ”

”Not what we were expecting. The house had a very musty smell and the bathroom had an even worse mildew smell. We had to keep the bathroom door shut at all times because of the smell. The shade for the window in the shower was covered in mildew spots. The overhead lighting did not work in the living room. There was only one floor lamp that provided light in the living room. The only outlet in the bathroom did not work. The whole house just felt very unsanitary. We paid for two nights and left...
