”The bathroom was dirty. Ingrained dirt on bathroom panel. After being told it would be OK to use spa after checkout, on checkout rhe manager said No.”

”The property was clean and the room had nice sea views. The rooms are in a converted house next to the Indian restaurant at the site. They are as mentioned in the description accessed via stairs .. quite a few although was offered help with bags. The main negative factor is the location. We arrived and witnessed an altercation on the street in the mid-afternoon with a women punched in the face. The police attended.
We looked for other food options but only fish and chips available nearby....

”Enjoyed my stay at the Menai hotel, my room was a good size and clean and comfortable too. The hotel breakfast was very good also.
The hotel's location is in Upper Bangor and is not far from the railway station and near bus routes and not far from the town centre either.
The limited interaction I had with hotel staff I can say that they were pleasant and helpful.
Overall, definitely no complaints.”

”We weren’t really there that long as we couldn’t check in until 21:30 (our fault, not the hotel!) as we had been at a wedding all day so it was more or less into the room and straight to sleep!
The room itself looked a bit dated- carpet & furniture could do with updating but the bathroom you would be proud to have in your own home. Well decorated and an amazing shower!
If I’m being really picky then the only other things were a full bin in the room from the previous guests plus a half eaten...

”The staff were all lovely.
There was a Porsche event. We were most definitely ‘extras’ to this event. Breakfast in particular. Couldn’t find our booking? Assumed with Porsche event and once explaining (both mornings) that we were just regular guests we were then sat in a seperate area. Very strange experience . Staff were lovely none the less, John in particular.
At arrival, again once explained we were not with the Porsche event, we were told to drive down to the guest car park and the porter...
