”The property is gorgeous, and the house is great. Even though you’re out in the country, there are miles of trails to explore and lots of wildlife to watch. There wasn’t much water in the river when we visited but we still had fun playing frisbee and ladder ball on the sand bars. ”The front desk clerk that checked us in was no friendly at all. I tried to make conversation with her and it was like talking to a brick wall. Its like she didnt know how to smile at all. Didnt tell us how to get to our room. I asked her how long shes been there and im so surprised shes been there as long as shes been. I feel customer service is not for her. She needs to smile more amd engage more when the customer talks to u. Not ignore them. ”
