”Keys to the room continuously did not work properly, there was construction inside the building, trash cans overflowing at breakfast, etc. The only positive thing I can say was the front desk young lady was wonderful and tried her absolute best to make everything as accommodating as possible.”

”Overall better than my last visit to a Quality Inn, room clean, the man when I checked in wasn’t fluent in English and seemed like he was annoyed. Later when I returned from where I visited, the older Indian couple were very friendly and asked if everything was good.
