”Andrew was our go to person. He was extremely helpful and thanks to him we enjoyed our stay even more. The corn palace wasnt too far away and with this up to date hotel it was a comfortable place to stay Thank you Andrew.”

”Convenient to get to, but property has almost no parking and the garage dies not fit full-sized vehicles on 1st floor. Also, the room we had was across from the swimming pool and was very noisy from that and the rooms above a d adjacent . The chlorine from the pool was permeating through the door as well....Would not recommend a 1st Floor Room.”

”Only complaint was they had really big overfilled pillows so we ended up using folded blankets as pillows.”

”The only thing that we could think of is let people know that the slide would be closed with our lifeguard there maybe you let them know ahead of time just buy a sign or something”

”We stayed for four nights and really enjoyed the entire stay. Great pool (though we wished the slide was open during the day) and yummy breakfast each morning!”

”Everything thing was great. Check in was a hassle. Because the payment was nkt released by you guys. But the hotel management took care of it and they made sure to take care of their customer.”

”Everthing was clean and ready and air conditioning was on and cool. It was a smooth check in, and for a quick one night it worked out great for us.”

”Excellent in every way”

”The main living area was fine though some lights did not work. There I was an open electrical box that should be covered where the lights didn’t work. The coffee cups were all dirty; we didn’t use the other dishes. The bedroom and bathroom door knobs were mostly broken and unlockable. One door knob was missing another fell off when opening the door. The laundry/bathroom had no sink to wash your hands. Three of the seven bedrooms had issues with the lamps and outlets not working, we tried looking...

”I helped the property manager out by switching to another unit. The unit was nothing like the one I reserved. I was supposed to have leather couches, but we received stained couches and a stained mattress. blinds that didn't go down, so we couldn't use one of the rooms and had to share beds. The banister was a safety hazard because it was wobbly. Very disappointed. I paid over 300 for a subpar town house. ”

”Our host was very quick to respond to questions and concerns. The townhome is conveniently located near interstate and main roads to access shopping and other amenities. We were very thankful we could bring our pets and also enjoy having the family members we were traveling to visit hang out in a more comfortable space. We did struggle with the main floor being cold while the upstairs bedrooms were hot, but we adapted by adjusting the heat and wearing thicker socks. I would encourage slippers...
