”I gave excellent reviews because the of the price of $83/night. The property is clean and sufficient for a place to sleep. TV, pool, ice, and laundry. Breakfast is minimal, but serve both hot and cold foods. If you are looking for fancy or more amenities, this isn’t it.”

”The only thing I did not like was the door unlock was hard for me to work, but that was not a motel problem, that was a carpel tunnel problem on my side.”

The landings to sit and relax by the water was wonderful. tWe truly enjoyed watching he deer and birds every morning and evening.The only thing missing in this cabin is a dishwasher otherwise it is perfect! We definitely recommend this cabin to stay in.”

”The property was very clean, quite and convient. Our only real issue and this does not relate to the property was poor Verizon mobile phone service in either Iowa Falls or Alden. However, the Wi-fi in the VRBO made everything OK. We would stay again. Alden was a nice quite, clean town. We enjoyed walking the river area. We would or will stay in the future. Host was very responsive. Parking was good.”

”Very nice stay, lovely owner was so helpful...but I do want to mention....as a senior, only 5' tall...some cabinets were to high to reach, but luckily I did not need them. Also there are a few step ups to a couple rooms...but again...they did not bother me...My stay was nice & enjoyable, and I was able to accomplish my itinerary in those few days.”
