”Overall, everything was excellent, except for finding the pool on the 21st floor. There should be more than 1 sign directiing you to the pool area. ”The hotel was itself was great, staff was awesome. My only complaint about was I booked the Club room, as I have done in many other hotels. I was disappointed when I learned that unless your their during service time, their was no offerings. Most properties will. Have access to sodas and bottled waters throughout the day. ”Although the rooms were not as sound proof as I would have liked, I can't think of anything else that was a problem. The location had lots of great food and entertainment options around, it was close enough to the convention center and the rooms were very nice. I have absolute no idea what kind of training the front desk and housekeeping staff have been given by they were extremely helpful and courteous at all times. Definitely the most impressive part of my stay. ”

”Our mini stay was really nice! My wife and I, were in Charlotte for the Cedric Bowler concert, covering Luther Vandross. The staff greeted us with a smile and high customer service excellence! Our room was on the 6th floor, very clean and the balcony was very nice with a cozy view! Great amenities as well. Be sure to get on the list to the 22nd floor, up to the rooftop! I'm sure we will be returning while in Charlotte! ”

”I thought the property was beautiful and well maintained. I also thought that the pool area was very nice. My bed and room were clean and super comfortable. Only thing is when I checked in the workers weren’t the friendliest.
