”They double booked me, didnt have any other available rooms, so I had to find a new hotel. The hotel in general is very worn down and dirty.”

”The location is great. Across an alley to great restaurants. I found the housekeeper supervisor rude. I think he was trying to be macho in front of his staff. I still left housekeeping a nice tip.”

”i didn't like the ice machine didn't work on our floor, the self parking fee was too much for one nite, never paid for parking when i come to Austin , will have try other hotel , one nite stay was more expensive than expected.”

”You guys ruined my birthday weekend!! My initial reservation was canceled the day of arrival and was told by your representative that my replacement was equal to or upgrade and it was NOT!! When I asked if you all could find me another hotel, I was told that you could not accommodate me. So, I canceled that reservation and stayed at a Marriott which costed me another $900+ on top of what I already paid you!! I will never use this service again and will be sure to advise others to do the same....

”Had a great stay at this hotel! The location is perfect—close to plenty of restaurants and great spots to grab dinner, which made exploring really easy. The atmosphere of the hotel was welcoming and comfortable, creating a relaxing vibe throughout the stay. Breakfast was also very good, with a nice variety to start the day right. Overall, everything was smooth and enjoyable. I would definitely stay here again!”

”Was an amazing property for the most part. Food was on the expensive side as in REALLY expensive for a basic breakfast. However the reason we rated it so low is the bed. There's a firm mattress and then there's the concrete slabs CitizenM has. Staff had heard it before as their solution was an extra duvet cover to lay on. It offered little relief. ”Not set up for handicap accommodations. Grab bars in bathroom were loose and very dangerous. Toilet seat not secured. No place to hang clothes. Do not stay here if you are traveling for business or a wedding, or any function that would require nice clothes. The only place available to hang them is over the back of a chair! I understand not having a dedicated closet, but at least install a hook on the wall. Parking not included. Plan on another $30-$35 / night to park assuming you find a...
