”It was much better than I expected. The cabin was clean, comfortable, and easy to relax in. The area was quiet, and the property had a nice outdoor feel that made the stay enjoyable. Staff were friendly and helpful as well. Overall, it was a pleasant stay and I would be happy to come back.”

”Air Conditioning portable unit Room not completely Remodeled”

”AVOID THIS HOTEL AT ALL COST. My blankets were full of pubic hairs ( receptionist didn't even tried to be surprised when I told about pubic hairs in my bed). Floor was so squeaky that you hear people walking in upstairs very loudly. Lobby and 1st floor hallway was under construction and was full of black garbage bags covering floor and walls. In elevator and hallway there was really bad smell of weed. Worst experience I have ever had while sleeping budget hotels.”

”Great breakfast, helpful staff, clean room, good water pressure, tv volume could not get very loud, Fix the hot tub. That Breakfast makes is all a great stop for me though!”

”Only issue was the clerk at check in told us that breakfast was served until 10:00 am. On our last day there we went down for breakfast at 9:30am. There was no breakfast food out. I asked the clerk on staff what time did breakfast end and she said 9:30am. We missed out on having breakfast.”

”The spread and sheets had holes in them. The towels were terrible. Several lights in the room didn’t work, the walls in the bathroom were nasty and the couch had stains and holes. I pray we didn’t get bed bugs. On Fridaynight the people below us starting cussing and fighting at 3:00 am to 6:00 am they started throwing things. Not a good experience!”

”The only bad thing that I have to say is about the overflowing trash in the common areas. Otherwise the property is very nice and the rooms were clean.”

”Room was clean a/c was cold.. The bad. Shower head needs cleaning or replacing, toilet need to be repaired rocks very bad. Restroom need to be upgraded.”

”Air conditioning worked but too much noise from other residents barbecuing and partying until after midnight. Room decor had been patched but refurbishment not finished. Not Impressed and would not stay there again.”

”The owner was very nice and responsive. We had an emergency and didn’t get to stay. We did notice that the pool wasn’t ready yet and I think we were the first ones to rent for this season and the bathroom wasn’t very fresh or clean. ”

”The house was great! New & clean! The view was amazing!! Secluded for privacy but very close to lake Athens marina which was great for dinner and cocktails. Highly recommend!!”
