”A nice, relatively small place with a great location in Mostar. The hotel manager was very friendly and helpful and everything went smoothly. The room had a nice view outside and the bed was great. The bathroom and shower could have been better but they were OK as well. The building had a historical feel to it. Overall a very good experience.”

”Ihana pikku hotelli, jossa oli tyylikäs sisustus. Terassilta oli hienot näkymät Mostarin sillalle ja yli kaupungin. Omistaja oli erittäin ystävällinen ja näki ylimääräistä vaivaa viihtymisemme eteen. Auton sai pysäköityä pihaan ja hotelli on ihan vanhan kaupungin vieressä. Ehdottomasti yksi parhaista hotelleista, jossa olen koskaan yöpynyt.”

”We enjoyed our stay very much. Hotel is family owned who are super nice people. First at check in we got refreshing welcome drink and they even got delicious home made ice cream. Room was spacious and clean. Ac worked properly. You can see Mostar's old bridge and river from window so the location is excellent. Very good quality for money. We definitely would stay here again!”

”Everything at Shangri La was in top shape - clean and recently renovated. The room was very comfortable and peaceful. The breakfast buffet was nice and good value for money. The location is great just at the doorstep of the old town right where the old bridge is located, at the end of a quiet alley (though you can't quite see the bridge itself from the hotel).
