”I am hoarse from bleating about this hotel on every site on which it is mentioned. If you are, by nature, slightly old-fashioned, non-woke and, in my case, arthritic, there is no hotel to compare. I have now stayed here four times and, whilst it may require a small mortgage to afford its luxury, it is worth every soux. Being forgetful, as well as arthritic, I managed to mislay my shaving kit. ”Staff was amazing. Really professional, friendly and helpful. Location is perfect! Everything is in a walking distance. In cleaning there could be improvement. Room was full of dust and when cleaning was ordered there wasn’t really any difference. Otherwise super happy with everything ”

”Kiva hotelli vanhassa kaupungissa, lähellä upeita ruokapaikkoja. Hotelli modernisoitu ja ainakin perhehuone tilava. Kylpyhuoneita ei ole remontoitu hetkeen, se oli hieman nuhjuinen. Aamiaishuone liian pieni hotellin tarpeisiin, meillä kävi kuitenkin tuuri ajoitusten suhteen ja saimme aina pöydän. Osa joutui kääntymään ja odottamaan tietoa vapautuneesta pöydästä.”

”The tram stop right outside the hotel was great for moving around the city, breakfast was good, sauna was nice (although I wouldn't call it a spa as it's just the sauna), the room was nice and tidy. Staff were very friendly, the only thing that bothered me were their multiple knocks on the door on the last morning asking me about my check out time. ”

”Nice hotel and good location to go around. Very friendly personnel and good service. The hotel offers also a ticket to use local buses in the town area, nice suprise. Also we got an option to choose a bigger room during our stay, which was nice and friendly gester from the the personnel. As we enjoyed nice and warm weather duering our stay so good air con would have appreciated. Otherwise no issues with the room.”

”Nice little hotel on the top of the mountain. Very clean and the service was excellent. You should note, that the only way to get to the hotel is by train from Zurich, and from the Uetliberg railway station you have to walk uphill to the hotel. The road has some steps and there is some sand on the road, so we had some problems to carry our luggage to the hotel. Very nice mountain with nice forests and beautiful sceneries over Zurich and the lake.”
