”The entire staff was very kind and the rooms were okay at best, also the hot tub and pool were great, but sadly there were many issues with a lot of different things. The sinks always run in the bathroom and the tubs dont drain so you will be standing in water during your shower. She was happy and smiling when I arrived was a relief after a long drive in heavy rainfall. The room, and entire hotel, was spotless and super nice. It is a great and convenient place to stay.”

”This property is very poorly maintained and downright filthy. Fortunately the bed seemed clea, but aside from that, the floors were dirty, the walls were dirty, there was mold on the baseboards. The vents were filthy and moldy. The windows didn't look like they have been washed in ages. The door frame had a thick layer of grime. The shower had a literal hole in the center and wasn't clean. The only odd thing was that I booked it through Expedia as a Vrbo property, and nowhere in the listing did I see that it was actually a Motel 6. That would have been helpful to know when booking.”

”When we went to check in they only had one of the rooms we booked. My brother got a room with two twin beds. The TV's in both rooms didn't work. Both of the rooms were obviously smoked in and they smelled terrible. The door on my fridge was rusty. We saw the rooms at 8pm. We couldn't switch hotels so we stayed the night. They did try to fix the TV's but nothing worked. In the morning we told them we couldn't stay the second night. We asked for a partial refund. He said to go through Expedia....

”Completely misleading listing. It was described as an “apartment” and made no mention of Motel 6. My room was simply a room at the Motel 6. Why was it not made clear in the listing. Very misleading. Also apparently it allows pets - which wasn’t clear - and we suffered from allergies all night and woken at 5:00am by a barking dog.”
