”This new hotel is in good place as from walking distance to great music live entertaiment and nice restaurants. Hotel has nice door service and nice but expencive restaurant. Sometimes they forget to leave complimentaey water bottles and one time to clean the room. I stayed three weeks so saw a lot. Breakfast service was not standard quality. Sometimes good sometines not so good. Depending eho was working. Missed cheese slices and salad table paprika every morning not just rarely.”

”This hotel was clean and the staff was very polite, professional and courteous to our needs. The breakfast buffet was good. There was an adequate amount of choices. We had 2 rooms and they were both clean and spacious. The only thing I would mention is around the pool area. It needed some upkeep in the tiles if the pool and with the heat the addition of some umbrellas for shade would have been greatly appreciated. The location was great as it was close to the festival walk with a lot of shops...

”My 3rd stay continued the streak of excellent service from the friendly staff. My room air conditioner was having problems and they fixed quickly. Later in the trip, the air conditioner had further problems so they moved my room. Their responses were fast and appreciated. I know where I’m staying when I’m back in Iloilo in the future. ”

”We booked a 2 day stay in this hotel. The room is old with fruit flies and mosquitoes. The entire hotel was hot and the pool not working. Although I must admit the staff were pleasant but the entire condition is quite unbearable we ended up booking another hotel and moved out the following day ”
