”Like the online check-in, and the ability to check-in earlier in the day. Very nice room, comfortable bed, excellent walk-in shower.”

”I accidentally booked the handicap room. Did not realize I did that. Bed was not comfortable. It’s about a foot off the ground. There were lots of people with pets. There was dog poop on grass and dog poop in hallways from owners not picking up. And dog pee in the elevator. ”

”Every time I go to East Lansing I stay at the Clarion. It is perfectly located. Close to where my friend lives and campus and downtown are a couple of minutes away. It’s clean, quiet and comfortable. The staff are friendly and competent. I will continue to stay there when I’m in East Lansing.”

”The room was nice and shower ok. The breakfast was poor: scrambled eggs, sausages two mornings, bacon once. White toast, no vegetables, dry oranges, only jam to put on toast, so no cheese, turkey or something like that. Juice ok, coffee ok. ”

”The staff was mature and responsible. I left some things that were very important to me in the closet, I drove back to the hotel first thing the next day, and the first person I spoke with, knew exactly where they were and returned them to me in moments. I'm happy there are still honest people taking care of the rooms. That is an issue of culture. Thank you very much, I'm sorry I did not catch your name.”

”I love this hotel. Great staff! Pool and hit tub definitely need scrubbing and upgrading. If its a concern for you, deliveries are made to rooms, despite the tanke in lobby requesting they stay there. Staff was SO friendly and helpful! Clean, quiet, nice area very close to amenities ”
