”The hot tub was not working, again, upon our 2nd family trip/stay. We had no in-hotel access to ice or amenities, without going outdoors, and entering back into the main portion of the hotel. And there was no in-room telephone, with which to contact the main desk, or anyone at all.”

”Just an overnight stay in this beautiful loft with my bestie from high school. It was exactly as described. Very modern and new in a historic building. We enjoyed the many early pictures of the building and the meaning of the loft's names. We were close to Kalona and Amana and many wineries. The town square was so nice to walk around and a few restaurants to choose from! A very cute boutique was right below! A must stay in Williamsburg!”

”Not the cleanest but……all we did was sleep and the bed was surprisingly comfortable. It was sooooo quiet so we got good sleep. Not the ritz but to just sleep…it was ok”
