”The hot tub was not working, again, upon our 2nd family trip/stay. We had no in-hotel access to ice or amenities, without going outdoors, and entering back into the main portion of the hotel. And there was no in-room telephone, with which to contact the main desk, or anyone at all.”

”Some lite were burn out-not working, No coffee cups for coffee-desk clerk said cups were on order. I came back to my room at 4:30 pm to change shirts, my door was proped open, maid cart was nearby. I went into room, no one was around, changed shirts and left. I returned to room at 9:00 pm for the evening, room door was STILL PROPED OPEN!!!!! No one was around. That is a breach of security, forturnatly nothing was missing. I will NEVER stay at another property owned by there people!!! A...
