”We stayed here because we were going to house on the rock. This hotel adds a fun element and charm to your trip in between visiting there! The staff is readily available and super kind. We stayed in a basic room but it was really nice and clean. The price for staying for three days is pretty affordable. Definitely recommend! ”

”Check-in was quick. Front desk employee was precise on instructions for our room, pool. She gave a great breakfast recommendation that proved to be a great place to eat. Outside our room window was a field/wooded area which made sleeping easy without any light interference. Check out was painless as well. They have solar panels on the building. We love that too.”

”This is a hidden gem with a great hill top view of the driftless area. Located on the edge of town. The historic downtown is really unique. ”

”Very cute apartment right in the center of town. It was a quick one-night stay. We wanted to tour House on the Rock and Taliesin on our way to a wedding in Black River Falls. Great location, cute and clean with a comfortable bed.. Thursday night there was music by local musicians in the courtyard patio at The Shed which was really fun. We enjoyed sitting outside on the apartment’s secluded patio afterwards. Great experience. Note that the coffee shops at Arcadia Books and Convivio didn’t open...
