”It’s not bad, but there’s not much delights either. Personnel we’re friendly and professional across the board, but other than that it’s average. It’s like the chain itself. It offers lower mid-tier quality at mid tier prices, sprinkled with small annoyances. ”Un très beau domaine. Un jeune homme sympathique nous à accueilli ce qui n'était pas le cas d'une fille très désagréable.
La chambre supérieure était jolie un lit très confortable. Mais malheureusement mal placé situé au dessus d'une laverie et d'un bureau ou le personnel de rend très souvent tard le soir et à partir de 6h30 le matin et pour y accéder il y a une porte qui se ferme en faisant trembler les murs et un bruit qui nous a empêché de dormir...
Nous étions en couple nous pensions avoir...

”Great location with convenient parking (off site at a charge). Most of the staff were super friendly and helpful. The views from the 7th floor balcony are amazing. The spa was adequate and the pool area is superb.
My son had a flood problem in his room which took too long to resolve and when he was offered another room he had to move his own luggage. A true 4 star would’ve done this for him.
The comments about outside noise are accurate, even with the windows closed. We were woken at 5am with...

”Booked hotel as mid-point stay-over between Alsace & Provence - very well situated. Seemed to be in middle of nowhere and we quite expected to have hotel to ourselves, but it was quite full & obviously very popular. Dinner in restaurant was excellent, as was breakfast.
Only slight downside was the lack of doors between sleeping area and toilet/shower - just curtains separated these areas. Curtain at bottom of bed to block out the early light was very good, but unfortunately the only light...
