”Bed room clean. Mattress and pillows on the hard side.
Shower room sensors stayed on all night so did not sleep very well.
Noise and banging throughout the night, from the dining room below I think, dragging of chairs.
Bathroom had recycled soap dispensers with clogged shampoo. Would have been nice to have had small unopened mini bottles for hygiene purposes.
Fantastic evening meal and breakfast.
Very friendly and helpful staff.
Lovely hotel.”

”The staff were all positive, friendly and helpful. A standout feature of the hotel. Choices of restaurants was good, but book the Inn. The hotel restaurant less busy but still great food and service. If you have the opportunity do book a sea view room, it just adds to the experience.”

”The ground floor room was very convenient for access with our dog.
The whole place was always kept clean & tidy.
Superb cooked breakfast every morning & the evening meals that we had were also excellent.
Staff were all very friendly & helpful.
The bar / pub area had a very good atmosphere, with locals drinking & eating there as well as motel guests.
A two minute walk to a great beach.
We will definitely return.”

”The staff were very good, food and drinks were OK. Although the room was large and the bathroom was good, I didn't like the fact there wasn't a fridge in the room, the blinds didn't keep out the light in the morning. Also no telephone in the room and the air conditioning didn't work.”

”Leuk hotel voor mijn doortocht vanaf Ierland naar Nederland en kort bij de ferryhaven in Holyhead. Ongeveer 15 min rijden. Gastvrij ontvangen, het ontbijt was meer dan voldoende. We hebben geen klagen en komen daar waarschijnlijk nog eens terug.”

”Generally clean room but we did find a dog biscuit under the sink while we were there……and we didn’t have one with us.
It was during a heat wave and had to sleep with the window open even though a fan was provided, this made it a little noisy at times.
Good breakfast and all staff were friendly and in the main, helpful. Only received a “that’s not my job, see the bar staff” once on one of the evenings.”

”Stayed for one night before getting ferry. Though it’s obvious that this is a work in progress our family room was clean and sufficient for our needs and the staff were helpful. Also the hotel itself is in a nice setting at the end of the bay.”
